Firehouse Deli & Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Okay, here's a review based on my experience: Firehouse Deli and Bagels: Avoid at All Costs My recent experience at Firehouse Deli and Bagels was nothing short of a disaster. The staff were incredibly rude and offered no apologies for their mistakes. I ordered a "Hungry Man" toasted bread and something described as "crunchy." When I stepped out briefly, I returned to find my bread untoasted and definitely eggs not over easy. To add insult to injury, they made ridiculous claims that I took ten minutes to come back, as if that justified the incorrect order. The greed was palpable in their attitude. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Firehouse Deli and Bagels. Save your time and money and go elsewhere....

My first time there but definitely not my last! For all those who were curious like me here’s the 411. Clean, friendly, amazing prices and delicious food. Called in my bec and it was done to perfection. I will be going out of my way on the days I’m working locally to stop there before work.

7.27.23 update Ordered a RBBLT wrap for lunch. Photo doesn’t do it justice. At a time when most delis are charging more and giving you less they knocked it out of the park! I have to save the other half for dinner. I have zero affiliation with this business, I just believe in supporting local small businesses. Tell your friends, neighbors, and coworkers...

Stopped in thinking this was the previous deli hoping to get a tuna wrap. I was met by the nice cashier who told me the deli had new management. The owner then came out and started to ask me what I liked and proceeded to give me a free sample of the crispy chicken, which I believe was air fried or something very similar to it. The chicken was SO good! He said it wouldn't give me that heavy feeling you usually get after eating fried chicken and he was right.
