I just encountered the rudest assistant manager named Sue. When you walk through the door the color for discounts of 50 and 70% off was green and red I had over $100 worth of green and red items and I asked the young man why on the other side is saying pink and green discounted he states that it was they forgot to change the sign. I have to speak to a manager they said she was not on duty so they brought me this lady named Sue what a disaster she was so unhelpful by saying I can put all your stuff back for you. Read moreThis place is a joke how do you sell electronics when they don't work when you just take them in put a huge amount of a dollar on it , then when you go to return it you can't get your money back you have to do an exchange and when you can't find enough to make up for returning the item they don't give store credit so you literally have to eat the money you spent , there's no manager there on the weekend at all from what I was told.
