The customer service was lacking to say the least. The guy that is supposed to be running the front desk was never actually there, and got snotty when asked any type of question. He refused to put up the bumpers, and got an attitude with me saying "For who?!" When I pointed and said lane 21 he said "no, we just spent 10 grand fixing them because people kept throwing the balls too hard. We won't put them up for anyone over the age of 12." We had an awesome time! The staff was quick and friendly, even though it was super busy, they didn't make us feel like we were being rushed, and we didn't have to wait! It was the best experience I've had at a bowling alley. We went for my daughter's 10th birthday tonight, and it was incredible. We had a blast! They let us bring her cake, and even order pizza! The games are cheap, the atmosphere is hype, and the music was great! They even let us request songs! We will definitely be back! If I could give 10...

I will never do a birthday party again. When we called the told us it would be 20 for each lane and shoes would be free and it would be a dollar for each person that bowled. When the party was all over I went to pay and they charged me for each person that was there if they bowled or not. They also charged me for drinks when the told us it was included.
