I want to tell everyone how excellent Amy, Kayla, and Jason are at the Goodwill drop-off and mini shop in Elmsford, NY! While donating dresses & shoes I could no longer wear, I accidentally “donated-lol” my house keys. I didn’t realize it until after the location was closed. This team took the time to look for me, even though I had already left, and they put my keys aside in case I returned. I appreciate Jason, Amy, and Kayla's kindness towards me. I’ve been shopping at Goodwill for the last four years, and the Elmsford location truly stands out. It’s cozy, warm, and friendly—you always find something you can’t live without :) The prices are amazing, and I especially love that the china sets are kept together, unlike in some other stores where you have to hunt for each piece like a puzzle. What really makes this store special is the staff. Jason and Amy fill the place with their warmth and kindness, always taking the time to make every customer feel welcome. I love this Goodwill. It is the most organized, clean, comfortable Goodwill I’ve been to. Picture a boutique clothing store, but with second-hand items—including vinyl. The clothes have room on the racks; they are not scrunched together. And the donation half is spotless! Not one time have I found piles of spilling bags, random garbage on the floor, or an unstaffed station. The workers are warm, kind, and knowledgeable. Yes, it’s the smallest Goodwill I’ve ever seen.
