Altamont Fairgrounds — Attraction in Town of Guilderland

I volunteer at one of the several museums at the fair. I'm usually at this museum to answer any questions as best as I can. As far as the fair itself, I feel that it's one of the best fairs in the area!!! I'm not the ride not fair food type, so I'm usually looking at the more "old fashioned" areas. Although there are certain key areas at various museums that the fair committee should be addressing that aren't at the moment, I'm not at liberty to say. Great times at the fair again!! Dreamland Amusements really did a great job once we got through the ticketing discovery of buying tickets then getting back in line to get into the entrance.

The use of cashless games and food is great!

The rides for kids and adults were great! We lived our day there starting with the Super Himalayan ride!!

Relatively small fair and prices, I thought, we're exuberant! $10.00 for a small bottle of water and a small ice tea! Really!
