Hoff Jewelers — Attraction in Town of Halfmoon

After tons of research online (engagement rings) and trying to muster up the courage to step into an actual jewelry store, I decided to meet with a few jewelers. I wasn’t fully sold, nor blown away by any of them so I decided to schedule an appointment (online) with the professionals at Hoff.

I was called the following day by Eric who asked me a series of questions about what I was looking for, how far in the process of buying I was, and how he could best help me. We then agreed on a time to meet that fit my schedule.

Upon arrival I thought it was going to be another meeting like I had previously at the other jewelry stores - but I was so wrong. Eric took the time to gauge exactly what I was looking for in a very personable way, laid back, and non pressuring. He explained far beyond the 3 Cs rule that the Internet bombards you with (conflicting information at times nonetheless) and made me comfortable with such a big purchase.

After our initial appointment, there was no doubt that this was the jeweler I wanted to purchase my engagement ring from. The process was laid back, easy, and Hoff jewelers delivered on everything in a big way.

The ring I purchased was unique, beautiful, and the ultimate test.... SHE SAID YES! And LOVES IT!

There isn’t another option if you’re in the capital region. Like me, they will make you a lifelong customer.

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Hoff Jewelers for over a decade. I've had jewelry made to order, jewelry repairs, purchased new and even liquidated old gold jewelry for cash. In addition to gorgeous designer pieces, Hoff Jewelers has an extensive inventory with new items every time I go. The single most important feature of doing business with Hoff has to be their attention to customer service. I feel like an old friend when I shop there even if I haven't shopped there for a very long time. I am super comfortable with how fair and honest they are and the great value I've received at Hoff's. I really appreciate their willingness to make my wishes come true for a very fair price as compared to other jewelry stores and feeling like I am dealing with a trusted friend. I love that store but more over the owner and all the employees know how to treat a customer whether you are buying or window shopping these folks will head you in the right direction with honesty and integrity even if they don't get the sale because they are confident in their pricing and quality such that they know you will probably circle back after you've done your homework. I cannot recommend Hoff Jewelers enough! I first met Michele Hoff at a party and mentioned some frustrations I was having with another local jewelry store—long wait times for simple repairs, high prices, and quality concerns.
