An outstanding store with a lovely proprietor, Christine. I needed warm sweaters, hats, and scarves for dear friends who lost their home and all of their possessions a month ago in the Santa Rosa, CA wildfires. It's just becoming winter there--it's Northern CA. They were reluctant to ask for help, but I just needed to send something. When she relented and said a sweater and hats and scarves, I went to Finders Keepers and found many perfect items for three to five dollars each! A never-worn cream cable knit turtleneck, a boiled wool zippered outer jacket in the most beautiful blue, an LL Bean colorful pullover sweater, and the cutest pink beanie and scarf from Old Navy--so soft and comforting, and the funkiest fake fur hat that I know my friend will love. She is a real hat person and also loves colors. This was the most fun I've had shopping in so long. And also, I was able to tell my friends that the clothes came from the most wonderful consignment store, so they don't have to feel guilty that I spent a lot of money. A perfect shopping experience. The quality of the clothing is outstanding and they have such...
Read moreI had come in around Valentine's day and purchased a couple of what I thought were luxury authenticated bags. The store is adorably decorated, with some awesome shoes and mixed styles. I was shocked to see the number of luxury bags and chitchatted with the owner Kim. She seemed lovely and very proud of what she had accomplished. I was doing my research and I realized a Micheal Kors bag I had bought was a fake (no serial number)- so I went to Style Encore to get the other bag (A valentino) I had purchased authenticated- which also turned out to be a fake. Super disappointed and frustrated that bags that were "Authentic" were fakes. Please please do your research before coming here. I don't think this was on purpose of the owner- however, if you are unable to guarantee authenticity I don't think you should be selling luxury items and brands- such as Fendi, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci- and knowingly selling fakes is illegal. I hope that you as a local small business are more proactive not only to prevent fakes from slipping through the cracks- but to...

The store and staff: Paula is so incredibly kind and really fosters a community. Her staff are super helpful and nice. The store is always clean and well decorated. Definitely an environment you’d want to shop in!
The clothes and inventory: There’s definitely something for everyone! I’m personally impressed with the quality of every single piece. There is incredible variety from vintage suede jackets to new cowboy boots. Prices are very reasonable, especially when you’re considering that it’s all right there and you don’t have to ship across the country!
Consignment: Such a clear and transparent process. I brought my stuff in today and a staff member reviewed each and every piece with me. I was also given a copy of everything they took and what the pricing was, so I know exactly what to expect with the selling portion!
Overall, I adore this store and am so happy to find such a local, community minded store right here in...
