However, heres a couple examples of why I won't return despite loving the pizza itself

There's a large menu visibly shown in-store but when the food is rang on register, price is nearly double what is shown on Menu... Feels like the price is whatever she feels that day. Can be expensive

Had to wait +30minutes for a single Pepperoni Roll bcuz order wasn't even started until I showed up 15min after calling, ok that's fine nbd, BUT she just couldn't help herself and haddd to mention that it was my fault for showing up too early... (I showed up 15min after calling, precisely what was told on phone lol) Throws in 2 garlic knots to be nice, but then passive aggressively blames me for the wait: That's the type of peculiar service I received there. Always something to slightly piss me off lol....

Me and my family have been in this area for over 30 years my dad started his company here 40 years ago we been using local pizzeria it says that Tarr and I have different local businesses it’s a shame that this company just open their pizza or maybe a year and a half ago it was closed out before that for five years For that because a horrible service here we go again once I order a pizza waited two hours for delivery guy said I apologize I’m never happen again second time give them another chance wings window good they’ll make good on the wings I call back the customer has amnesia doesn’t remember we aren’t so I’m used to going I love New York in Troy which this company has nothing to do with the one in Troy off because this service in Troy is 100% better I have to drive far but it doesn’t matter save yourself the turmoil don’t buy no food from...
