Trader Joe's — Attraction in Town of Halfmoon

All the shelving workers were extremely gentile , pleasant, and helpful. They were all soooo nice, as I shopped thru the store.

Then as I approached the cash out area, I was attacked violently repeatedly , and was aggregiously bullied and felt horribly threatened by the black mean physically and mentally and emotionally violent bullying control freak, cashier.

In my whole 70 years of life, I have never once had a bad experience at a grocery store. The abuse at this store by just that one cashier, and them by a nasty man who was supposed to be caring about Customers' safety and positive experience, only DEMEANED ME, AS THEN THE BAG LADY also had just STUFFED A HUGE SPAGETTI SQUASH, A HEAD OF CAULIFLOWER, , and 8 MORE ITEMS, ALONG WITH A BIG BAG OF LEMONS, """"ALLLLLL""""" into ""ONE"" PAPER BAG......AS THEN THE MAN RUDELY refused to be professional or pleasant as I was leaving.....NOT TO MENTION THEN, ALSO, ME HAVING TO EXPERIENCE AND WATCH THE GROCERY BAG BREAKING OUTSIDE, with all the GROCERIES HITTING THE GROUND WITH A BIG THUD, AS THE THE SPAGETTI SQUASH WENT ROLLING 25 FEET AWAY, THRU THE PARKING LOT.. I SM HANDICAPPED, as they TOTALLY TOTALLY AGREGIOUSLY AND VIOLENTLY AND PREJUDICELY, RUINED MY ENTIRE EASTER HOLIDAY.

THE ONE MEAN CONTROL FREAK VIOLENTCASHIER AND THE INEPT BAGGER, AND THE DEGRADING MANAGER,,,,TOTALLY DESTROYED ANY POSSIBLE WAY OF HAVING A POSITIVE SHOPPING...

They're kind of like a fancy Aldi's. Except they have cards. They have these prepackaged frozen food dinners like fettuccine alfredo I'm a little sauce comes in these little rectangle like flat cubes. They've got nice fresh vegetables cotton candy grapes they've got some good desserts not like different flavored ice cream but real fun desserts like the ice cream cone the tiny mini ice cream cone with vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate. They forgot everything you could need. The staff is always nice they sell cute little bags so you don't have to use the paper bags. Hey sell some nice plants sometimes they have a lot of variety sometimes less they sell some pretty flowers. There's some aisles ignore because I'm not into but they have a lot of stuff. And you can go to their website and make a kind of grocery list. Sometimes they don't have things I like like Portuguese custard cups.. and they do change out things every once in awhile but they replaced them with...

Just had the worst experience. I had purchased roses for an arrangement and while the cashier was places other bags of groceries I had also purchased, she was stuffing my cart where the roses were and broke serval roses. While trying to stuff the cart, I kindly asked her to be careful to not brake the roses in the cart and that she could place the bags on the bottom of the cart. She continued to stuff the cart and broke them. I asked if she was able to get me the same color roses to repurchase and she went into the back to find the same color which wasn’t successful. I then asked if I could get a partial returned for the broken roses that the employee broke. She said no and management also said no. So I walked out with the broken roses and no refund.
