Good Service is getting harder to find. I ordered online and got a pick up time. I arrived at the restaurant about 10 min after the quoted pick up time. I waited around 12 min as employees seemed to be locating my order. Then a waitstaff person comes from out of the kitchen and informs me that they do not have the ordered entree for one of my meals. She appeared a bit flustered, but was very polite and sympathetic. Why was I not notified long before my arrival, after all this was an online order, so my contact info was available to them. Anyway, I requested a menu and made a selection. 15min later, my three meals come out all packaged to go. The manager, who brought them out, asks if I would like sweet tea, knowing all this has taken way too long. I accept, as my family loves sweet tea and I had not ordered drinks. The waitstaff person returns with a single small sweet tea! The look of disappointment must have been written all over my face. The waitstaff person was very apologetic and polite as she was during our first encounter. But she mentions that she is embarrassed to bring out just the small tea at this point, but they had no large to-go cups. I thanked her, but never mentioned that the proper gesture would have been to just give three complimentary small sweet teas, one for each meal. Upon my arrival home, I find that the meal portions were unusually small for a number of the items ordered. Most disappointing, I found that my order was missing a complete side dish. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Obviously, there are a few online ordering process gaps for effective customer service that need to be closed. Either way, I will give them the chance to redeem themselves, after all, the...

You're forced to walk through the gift shop to get to the restaurant making it difficult to get around. On top of store sales cashier's also do restaurant cash out making it confusing until I asked where to go. One awesome thing is I saw a stuffed sloth that I bought for my brother who has 3 already that he loves. There were 6 of us and it was to me very dark inside and seeing my companions faces was difficult. My sister ordered 1 dish of fried pickles and 1 dish of fried mozzarella which barely gave everyone 1 piece to each of us. I ordered the grandmas breakfast and the 3 sausages came out hard and burned so I asked for bacon instead which came out after I had finished everything. The pancakes were great 👍..not IHOP for sure.... Hash browns were like an au gratin which I actually liked. My brother had catfish and it was really good...he found it a bit salty but I didn't when he gave me a small piece since I've never had catfish before either. It's a bit fishier than cod/haddock but wat milder than Salmon. My sister has steak tips and shrimp and she was only able to eat the shrimp 🍤😔. The others I forget what they had but get conversation was flowing pretty good after a mimosa for 3 and a spritzer for 3. The server was so unimpressive I forget her name, barely any interaction with us Spent about $160 for an early dinner/late lunch (3pm arrival) 6 ppl I thought wasn't bad.

After Christmas shopping it was nice to just sit down but their chairs are small and wooden making it hard on my already weary back. Would be nice to have cushions or...

I haven't been in quite some time and was excited to go. Was in the area and also had a gift card.

Was seated quickly as it was early and no too crowded. I was kind of disappointed they didn't have the outside tables they had the last time I was there.

Waited quite some time for our waitress. She was nice - not sure if new or overwhelmed. Ordered our food and drinks. Was a bit shocked/surprised to see they added a few alcoholic beverages to the menu. A nice touch especially since there were mimosas listed. I did however just order a coffee LOL. I do enjoy their coffee always hot and fresh. My son was with us and got an apple juice. Grand Princess an kiddie mimosa.

I kept the food simple - build your own breakfast - scrambled with cheese, bacon, fried apples and biscuit with sausage gravy. The son just had bacon (he's not a breakfast fan). GP bowl of 'fruity cereal".

Got our drinks right before the food came out. GP was content with her giant bowl of cereal - waitress apologized since she pour it in the wrong bowl but GP was happy so that's all that mattered. No milk containers so she gave her milk in two little cups. My eggs, apples and biscuits were ok, bacon was a bit over cooked and sausage gravy had no flavor at all. It was like flour and water tasting.

I wanted more coffee but I'm guessing the waitress was busy. Just ended up getting the check.

I'm guessing this location has become what I call a hit or miss. May go one time and have excellent service and food. Go another and not so much. This time.was a...

My family and I will no longer be coming there! The main reason...they took off the menu the meal I specific came there for. The 14 hour slow roasted roast beef. I would go out of my way to go there just for that. As, the closest store to me is 45 minutes to an hour away. It's been awhile since I've been there, and was extremely disappointed to see my meal gone off menu. But, besides that the corn beard muffins were not golden brown. They were the same color as when they go in the oven. Surprisingly, they were fully cooked and not mushy. But, without the golden crispy brown on them were extremely lacking. But, more than that, they had an odd taste to them that I've never tasted before. Definitely were NOT GOOD! I broght someone with me that has never been there, but cooks alot, and she also could plainly easily taste the odd taste to them. Since my roast beef was not there, I got the next best thing I thought was on menu, the Pot Roast. It was mediocre at best, but by time I got home, 45 minutes to hour later, I had stomach issues rest of night. Needless to say, you have lost my business and in the process my family and any friends I would bring there. You completely ruined my experience there, and took my meal off menu. That was a huge mistake for myself and MANY others from what I've read online.

OK so we were staying at a local hotel and of course the breakfast right now because of covid is not that great at the hotel's. So we decided to go to our favorite place the Cracker Barrel. I was traveling with a two-year-old this time and I had asked for a booster seat when the gentleman brought the booster seat over I believe his name was Benedict he just placed it on the seat did not help us install it which I had to fight with the straps to get it to fit correctly. Where I can say is the food is always great as always and as usual. My server was really sweet and I liked her very much. However of the only thing negative thing I have to say was my daughter's pancakes both my daughters they had the to Confetti pancakes and because they use fruity Pebbles and the batter from the pancakes it makes the Breakfast cereal very soggy. So therefore the texture of the pancake becomes very almost slimy and really not that great. But that's the only negative thing I have to say the biscuits were delicious the eggs were cooked appropriately and I really did enjoy my ham and the bacon was crispy as always maybe they could fix just the confetti pancakes and not use the serial that's gonna become soggy in the batter and give it that gross texture.

Cracker Barrel isn't bad. I would maybe visit again in the future to try their dinner. I went for brunch after seeing a commercial for their french toast latte (I believe is what it was). It was amazing. I would go just to get that to go. We were seated right away, which was a good sign, we were expecting to have to wait. After ordering it took about 40 minutes to get our food, they were pretty busy, so understandable. However, during that time we didn't see our waitress at all, and my husband was waiting for a refill on his coffee for 20 of those minutes. I would have still given four starts, but the food just wasn't a hit. There wasn't much flavor. My over easy eggs were not, still, that's okay. My husband's were. However, they were bland. My husband's sausage was an interesting burnt puck, and the gravy for the biscuits didn't have enough flavor. Wanted to love it, just didn't.
