Many waiting to get a caricature painting, fried dough and to get on rides. Many wearing masks and several not wearing masks indoors and outdoors. There are no hand sanitizer stations that I've seen but there are restrooms all over fully equipped with soap and hot water. The restrooms have attendants and are clean. The fair is wheelchair accessible. You must buy tickets online with a ecf.org account for admission tickets even for children 12 and under that are free. Adult tx are $13.50. If you want concert tickets you can purchase them online also there starting rate are $35 and up. Everyone entering with free or paid tx must have a reserved tx online with your order. There are bracelets for rides sold on weekdays only. All the rides were open and had amazing attendants working them. There was no parking fee today. There is bag checks when entering the fair.
