CM NAILS & SPA — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

I've been a customer there for a few months. Prior to that I was a customer, went someplace else and ended up coming back. Don't remember why I left in the first place. For the first few times, I was happy with the service I received. I got taken care of by one person. I had left another salon because it was like factory work with 2 people working on you and then the one guy said "You know tip is for both of us right?" That was why I went back to CM. I had an appointment 4 weeks ago "With anyone" (which was how I've ALWAYS made appointments. Everyone seemed capable. The pedicure took over an hour to do (this was just a regular pedicure, NOT a spa pedicure) and the woman seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She lost the colors that I had chosen for my nails, for one thing. She started to do my manicure and stopped after the second finger. Coco took over. I have had her do my nails before. I told her how long this other one took to do my pedi. She told me to ask for her (Coco) next time. I did. I made an appointment with Coco for 3 pm for both mani/pedi. I come in on time and Coco is doing someone else's nails. Fine. Sometimes things get delayed. I get that. Imagine my surprise when this same inept person starts to do my pedi. I kept saying that I did not want her and that my appointment was with Coco. Coco asked if this woman could do my pedi and I said no because she took a year and a day to do it last time. She said ok and would be with me shortly. "Shortly" ended up being over 15 minutes. I ended up walking out and said that they had lost a customer. I told her that SHE had told me to make appointment with her specifically. Coco just shrugged and said "Sorry!" Not a good way to run a business. I'm taking my...

I cannot say enough about the quality of service provided by May and Coco! Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. The nail art is top notch with no details missed! Truly pleased to find a neighborhood salon that is enjoying their craft— looking forward to supporting for many years to come! Thanks Everyone for going above and beyond! I love my nails every time!!!!! Don’t skip the back massage or pedicure though you’ll be surely missing out!! ;)

My Daughter and I wanted to find a new place, since we now refuse to go to Victoria's nails in the mall. Between the friendly greeting, The clean and safe atmosphere and the professionalism, I feel like we FINALLY found our spot. Tommy the owner is so sweet and even helps out, Koko and Tiffany were so great and did amazing work. My daughter and I will both go back again and again. So glad we found this gem right in Levittown.
