Crunch gym is wonderful & I am glad I joined in feb 2023 ..I have the peak results package for I love the classes ... I never thought I would love yoga so much but not only do I love it literally it's changed me . I have went to different locations for different instructors & to be honest they are all wonderful that said I need to give extra praise to chrissy .... jasmine & especially Kara .... these ladies know the heart of yoga & that yes it's a physical practice but it also helps heal the mind. As someone who has a constant hamster wheel in my mind that never stops because of these women I have learned to shut it off , take time for myself & know that even if it's only for that hour class it's about ME no obligations no stress no phones just stretching the mind & body. Kara always asks before class if anyone is dealing with any injuries so she can accommodate their needs & give modifications she also stays after every class if anyone has questions or concerns. I use to have alot of hip issues & could not sleep on my left side .. not anymore I feel amazing. I'm in my 50s & before this I never did yoga in my life .... NEVER did Kara.... chrissy or jasmine make me feel awkward or less then if anything they make me feel better about myself & focus on the things I do right !!! More so make me give gratitude for what I've done right. Within these ladies rooms I've found peace .. acceptance ... strength & I now know that finding time for yourself is not only important but essential. .. on another note machines are great too & very rarely out of order. I would have given 5 stars the only reason I couldn't is the gym etiquette of some members. Not being able to get on machines because their busy playing on their phones or taking selfies other wise it would be a perfect review thank you crunch .... Chrissy .... jasmine & Kara for truly not only helping me change my body for the better but my whole being .... couldn't have done it...

Read moreGym did not open today on time. Spent 45 minutes in the parking lot before leaving. While I’m at it there are a few gym members who decide to use certain machines for well over 30-45 minutes as if they own it. Others drape towels or personal belongings over multiple machines so they can superset for over half an hour but spend more time talking and walking around than lifting. There should be time limits on machines, you want your own personal machine then buy it and work out at home. Have some common courtesy for others.
Update gym opened late on 12/24 and 12/26. Get your act together please and hire more responsible front desk personnel. It’s totally unacceptable
4/28/25. Waited in the parking lot from 4 am to 435 am and nobody showed up to open the gym. They continue to hire irresponsible young kids to open. For gods sake hire a responsible adult who can wake up on time and show up for work on time.
While I’m at it how about someone in management imposing the rules of gym etiquette. To the morning steroid looking clown who sort of resembles and talks like popeye, you don’t own the machines you hog for an hour because you drape towels over them. You want to spend an hour on a machine then buy one and work...
