Feel Beauty Supply — Attraction in Town of Hempstead

Very beautiful stores, they have everything you need. I went there to get a wig due to hair loss from surgery and the wig I picked had a wave to it. I was shown what brush to get, along with leave in conditioner. Two weeks later I bring it back in, looking like a rats nest because I was NOT supposed to brush this particular wig. I am a first time wig customer so I only did what I was told. I purchased another wig, was told it could be brushed,(the salesgirl brushed it in front of me) and I left happy. One month later I come in(yesterday) just to look at backups and find one with real hair(mine was synthetic). As I am speaking to the salesgirl she asked if it always looked like it did at that moment-I said yes after all day...I was told at night to brush it out, put oil in the ends and flat iron it. She was shocked! Apparently that's why it looked the way it did. I feel like i was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge and have spent a great amount of money on items that should have lasted me a while. The young lady was very helpful and showed me a real hair wig that I am thinking of purchasing. I still have my receipt from the latest wig but I'm not sure if they will work with me. Feels has done it again. Another pop-up! This one the largest I've seen for ANY beauty supply! I shopped here on the 1st November 2018 and Rosetta the pretty and knowledgeable cashier said they've been here about two months.

Shopping carts galore, aisle and aisle of product. Don't ask about the hair/wig section. I'm lost in this space!

Prices seem a bit steep for what they must pay for their product but hey, supply and demand at this part of the world right? People will pay what they ask just so they won't have to drive to Green Acres Mall the next closest Feels Beauty Supply.

I'll definitely stop in when I'm in this part of the neighborhood again. Did I say H U G E space!?! H U G E. Wonderful staff!

I hope they last because this spot doesn't have the best...

I've been coming to this store a lot since they opened and always enjoyed the music and the variation of products they provide and the ladies that work there, until today. I went there because i needed some type of exchange or refund for this product because i bought 2. This young lady told me no over the phone and to not waste my time coming there because manager will only say the same. She was wrong manager was willing to exchange, but this new young lady kept asking why am i still here and i should read the sign. Extremely disrespectful and she has now made my experience not what it used to be.. She is not the manager and shouldn't be going back and forth with me.. I will now take my little dollar...
