I was recommended this place by a friend and was impressed by the cleanliness and openness of the place. However they completely destroyed my nails. I went in the first time requesting French nails with tips. Everything was going fine until he pulled out a weird gel product I have never seen before but he said I needed it for French (by the way I have gotten French before and never needed this product) and I said fine. I put my hand in the UV lamp and my nails are burning(weird but I didn’t know any better). Fast forward to the end and my nails look good, I go to pay and they charge me $90! The mysterious gel was $20 extra. I have gotten French tips before and the most I paid was $65. Fast forward two and a half weeks I decide to go back because he did a nice job on the actual French design. This time I make the appointment for powder gel and tell the manager and the stylist that I want powder gel. So he is taking my polish off and asks if I want to keep tips and I say yes. He preps the nail like normal but then pulls out the container with the hot gel. I say ā€œoh I only want powder gelā€ and he tells me I can’t keep tips with powder gel. Now I am confused because I just told him I wanted powder gel so if he knew I couldn’t keep the tips then why not tell me (even though I have gotten tips and powder gel before with no problem). So I just tell him fine because he just spent the past 20 minutes reshaping my tips. He then puts regular gel polish on top of the hot gel which eventually chips three days later. I eventually went to a different salon to get everything taken off and now my nails are paper thin. If I do anything they break. I have prom in a month and I am praying my nails go back to normal. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon. They are money hungry and will leave your...

I have to rave about LY Nail Spa! My daughter and I have gone for mother/daughter LY Special Pedicures several times recently. First, it is a beautiful, large, sparkling clean space. Arlin, the manager, makes you feel welcome the second you enter, and she knows and remembers you, which makes you feel special. The techs are wonderful, so friendly, and do a great job. We’ve gone elsewhere in the past and felt rushed, and it showed in quality of work. LY makes me feel so comfortable, pampered and appreciated. They never rush us out, or try to upsell us extra services to spend more. I’ve used Eileen twice, and last week Lilly, who are absolute dolls. My daughter used Lisa twice, and she’s also amazing. I can’t remember who did her pedicure last Friday, sorry, but she was equally great. I’m convinced you can’t get anyone who isn’t! My friend who recommended LY uses sweet Katy for manicures, and her nails always look beautiful. Lilly waxed my eyebrows last Friday, and the care and gentleness she showed me was so special, plus my brows came out perfect! I cannot recommend LY Nail Spa enough. Pedicures are a special treat for us, and we always leave feeling relaxed and happy....

I never give bad reviews but sorry I have to tell people don't go to this store for eyelash. I walk-in for eyelash extension, the store is clean but the person who did my eyelash her technique is 0. If you don't know how to do it, please don't tell your client you provide this service. I got fake, hard, and painful eyelash. Every extension eyelash was extended on my real eyelash ( I do extension very often, this is the first store doing this! Because when extension fall, real eyelash will fall together! And hurts!) After she done, I can't open my eyes! And she fixed again, when I open my eyes, I see black glue still on my eyes and my face! When I got home, some eyelash are ready to fall, and I touched how hard they are! ( I asked her before she doing how hard it is, she said very soft) right now my eyes still hurts and I guess I'll lose all my real eyelash this time! Btw, she did two hours for this, charged me $80(not included tips) Sorry I really don't think this worth $80. Two stars is...

Was looking for a new salon and I must say my first experience was a good one. Katie made recommendations for uv gel and explained the benefits of it. Since I am only familiar with sns powder, i thought I give it a try. She was very detailed and took her time. Lola did my LY spa pedicure and she was good. Overall, had a good experience and satisfied with the outcome. This comes after trying out another new place a week ago and it was a disaster. I will be returning here for my services. The place is huge. Don't let the outside store front deceive you. They have about 18 pedicure chairs and stations with 24 chairs for manis. Place appears to be clean. Fyi. If paying cash, you get 10% back for the next visit.
