Folks, this is the most unbiased review given to the establishment. Keep in mind I work in the customer service field, and I am all for customer satisfaction. Why some folks have rated this establishment is not clear; often times we just leave unhappy and fail to even speak up; after all who has the ability to read minds? I have been coming here since the new owners took over. I leave here very satisfied with the services given. To begin, Peter takes care of the front end, the clients, the staff and phone calls. He goes above and beyond: period. He does not seem to prefer some over others. In all, all of the workers do not do more or do less; they generally repeat the work about the same way every single time; assuming there isnāt anything else āadded onā. Even with the many clients that come, I have rarely waited more than 30 minutes if that. I have never been rushed out of the salon either. There was an instance where I did have a problem; and I absolutely felt cheated. I came back, spoke to Peter, showed him the problem, and like that Peter resolved the issue. My point is, this salon is NOT no where near compare how other salons operate. They utilize items once and dispose them, thereby reducing your chances of cross contamination and infection. They provide you with drinks and above all, they WANT to make you happy. As customers, we should be clear before, during and after. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to this nail salon for the first time. My daughter was getting gel manicure removed and then a regular manicure and pedicure. I was getting just a pedicure. The girl I had was not the best. While waiting for my daughter to get done I noticed one of my toes had a smudge in it. The girl had a hard time finding the color I used and because the lighting wasnāt the best it looked like the right color. After dinner I noticed my one toe was a different color. My daughter said the woman who was doing her nails did not put enough solution on her nails that even after her pedicure the gel didnāt come off and she had to keep filing down the gel. An hour or so later looking at her manicure you noticed bubbles. We returned to the salon and tried to explaine the problem. They were willing to redo but because we had somewhere else to be we couldnāt stay and because I donāt think they understand english to well the woman was constantly talking over me even after I asked to speak to a manager. I requested my money back for the manicure which she finally threw back at me and I asked her what about my toe and she was trying to get me to sit and I said I didnāt have time to stay. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was super disappointed in the service my second time going. My daughters nails chipped off after a week the first time with the dip powder. The second time we went they did a great job on my daughters nails but overpriced my niece which only got a dip powder in one color and a French type design but in red. Charged her 60$ Their prices are insane charging for more then three colors and on top of that charging for each design. My nail tech that did my nails that same day was super unprofessional. Our appointment was at 9:30 didnāt leave till 12:30 because she took so long filing one nail with each file at a time. Not only did I have to cancel every errand I planned on doing that morning after getting my nails done we were late to the birthday party we had. Left my nails looking thick and when I asked her to file it down said that thatās how they are supposed to be. For the price I was paying and all that time spent there I thought to my self she better leave them the way I want them. I can see that her coworkers kept staring at her because she was taking so long to do a simple dip powder with a design on ring fingers.
