I’ve been here before and let me say that Clint is the most professional and nicest employee. Today I went and had someone else wait on my, a young lady. I opened my UPS app and was told I was being charged $4 to print a label. Meanwhile over the phone they told me to bring the package and the email with the label and it was free. Today I was told its $2 for the paper and printing and $2 bc I could have dropped it off at the USPS. If this was a post office package why was the label in my UPS app? Talk about being nickel and dimed. The girl at the register wasn’t even wearing her name badge and was taking sips of Dunkin Donuts coffee while I was speaking trying to find out where this policy is. She said it’s for ā€œservices provided.ā€ The receipt just said ā€œother services.ā€ I called the Elmont store, they told me they didn’t do that but everything already done. Nothing annoys me more than someone working who gives off the vibe they don’t want to be there. I worked retail and fast food as soon as I turned 16. Employers didn’t stand for that in the 90’s and we WORKED. Today, not even a thank you from her however a tall gentleman wished me a good day and Happy Thanksgiving as I was leaving.

"I recently had the pleasure of visiting The UPS Store in Franklin Square and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly commendable. Molly and Wolf, the two individuals who assisted me, were not only professional but also very welcoming, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction. Whether it was handling my package with care or addressing my queries with patience, they ensured that all my needs were met with the highest standard of customer service. What stood out the most was the friendly and warm reception. It’s not often you come across such genuine customer care. Molly and Wolf went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. I would definitely recommend The UPS Store in Franklin Square to anyone in need of their services. Their team’s professionalism and exceptional service make them stand out. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-focused shipping experience, this is the place to go!"

they playing games, had two returns with scannable code from amazon . they refused to scan and both workers said its wrong numbers , that i meed to get new labels . call amazon. mind you never had this issue at any ups store, so i called amazon. they was confused to. wondered why they dis not scan. i went to a different ups store. no prob same as always , scan and go. seems new owner does not want to deal with amazon returns?? and told workers to follow a mandate of not even scanning and have customer leave store to call amazon. i get a feeling they did not like that i did not have to pay for packaging. so dont want these type of returns. shady, and petty. just post a sign on window or door saying u dont want that business. so people like me dont waste time coming there

in reply to owners response, i hope that the issue really was a temporary error. but the employees did not say anything about it being a temporary or recent problem. just that my code is wrong period and did not try scanning and for me to call amazon for a new return codes. when i went to other ups store, or to any other ups store before they never even bother looking at numbers on code. they just scan. again maybe it came off wrong and it was a temporary problem, AND amazon customer service had no clue about the issue. so your employees did not even want to bother to scan or tell me it was just a recent issue. the matter fact way they told me, just implied that its wrong was told to tell everyone its wrong so no point scanning . and i should move on and fix issue. hoping issue like this does not happen again and it if does, just a simple courtesy let me know come back later that day or tomorrow when temporary...

Don't go to this location, go to Rockville Centre!!!!

First time I went here it went smoothly. It was a mess inside but they scan my package I packed and I was out the door.

2nd time was a nightmare. I waited outside for 20 minutes before being helped. When I got inside the store it looked like an explosion hit. It isn't clean or organized. I wouldn't mind the wait if the next thing I going to tell you didn't happen. I had two packages that was supposed to be packed by them to be shipped out. That is the agreement they have with the two companies that I had to ship back to. The documents I shown her even stated it and she insisted that I was confused about it. She said I have to buy boxes and pack it up myself. I have no problem packing my own stuff up but if I'm being told UPS does it than why do I even bother. At this point I left. I decided to call the Rockville Centre store and they said of course we pack it and to come by. Both orders were packed and shipped by them as per the documents I supplied. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

The lady working at the dogwood branch probably was just to lazy...
