The service was good I ordered on the phone they didn’t ask to repeat anything and my order was correct on pick up. The reason for the low stars is the pricing they are $2-$3 dollars more than most places and the quality of the food wasn’t amazing it was average. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon which I normally pay $5 for but they charged me $7.75. On my egg sandwich I asked for salt and pepper but man they did they go on on the pepper and it was course the pepper was large pieces and lots of it so that wasn’t satisfying at I also asked for everything bagel but it was more of a sesame bagel nothing else really on it and the cheese I had to search for the tiny piece they put on the bottom half of the bagel it wasn’t on the eggs like everyone else does. I won’t be coming back

Always greeted with a smile, "How are you?" and a new lesson in Korean. Say, "Ung yung ah seh yoh" when you walk in and expect to hear and see their pleasant smiles. The Ginger tea is a must (hot or cold) and the bagels are made fresh daily. Say, "Hananem Chook Bok" on the way out and they will surely bless you in return. 🙏🏾 You can also say "Choon-haroh-teh-say-yoh" because you'll be back soon. 😉

Paid 10.50$ for a philly cheese steak and it barely had any meat, it must've been a little less then the amount of steak put in a bagel I mean it was really stretched out and when I asked about it they didn't do anything but apologize and say this is the first time they've heard a complaint

I usually find bagel shop/deli food to be freshly made with quality products. For the first time in my many years of deli food consumption, I have been served a tuna salad sandwich that was not at all fresh tasting from the Dozen Bagel shop. The tuna salad had a sharp chemical taste (preservatives or going bad) and the chopped celery that was in it soggy! I had to buy an antacid afterwards to counteract the stomach ache I developed from this terrible sandwich. This is unfortunate because the staff seem...
