Very unprofessional. Dealt with Katie. Called tne next day to cancel the order and she told me I would have to wait for her to speak to the lighting company to find out if there would be a restocking fee. She called a few days later to tell me I would be getting a full refund. When the refund apppeared on my credit card it was minus 25%. When I called back to question her she told me that it was a misunderstanding and that she told me many times that there may be a restocking fee.
