For my second appointment, a pedicure, I arrived exactly 13 minutes late. On the way to the salon, I received a notification on my phone that my card had already been charged. She didn’t even listen to me and immediately, with an attitude, said, ‘I have no time to service you right now.’ I responded, ‘I hope you’re joking?’ Since my card had already been charged, I asked if she could at least remove the gel I had on, even if she couldn’t perform the full service. She replied that she didn’t like my attitude and felt uncomfortable serving me.
