Lori if I were you, especially as a business owner I wouldn’t be lying on your reviews over the internet! There was one customer in there. You and I were the only ones in there when she left! Pull up the footage I’d love a copy and to post it on all platforms! As far as the credit card, YOU yourself said it was a connection issue and it said on the terminal “cannot connect card.” HOW DARE YOU respond to my review trying to insult me to make it out like my card declined! I offered you to punch in the numbers twice and you told me there’s nothing you can do and don’t want to waste the machine paper! You lie on your reviews so you can cover up for your incompetence! It’s a real shame that a middle age women has to act like a high school girl. Now that I’m reading posts from the other reviewers I don’t feel so bad. You are a nasty, childish, inconsiderate person and should NOT be running a business. You should bury your head in the sand with embarrassment on how you handled not only my situation, but many other reviews on here! Let that sink in. On my way home I thought to myself how much of a blessing it was that the machine didn’t connect to my Apple Pay because this place doesn’t deserve a dime! I hope you never forget that the way you treat people will always come back to you ten fold.
I hate to write bad review and be that person but I was really disappointed with my experience. I was greeted with an attitude by the girl named Lori, I said I normally go to energy fuel and get the green juice and right away she said to me “well I don’t know what is in their green juice” with an attitude. Okay no problem she told me what ingredients were in their juice and I agreed to order. I pay with apple pay with all my transactions and the card machine did could not read the card from my phone for whatever reason so she asked me for the physical card which I do not carry. She then asked me for the card number which I did not have I only had the last 4. Then I let her take the next customer so I could log onto my bank app and get my full card info. I then told her I had the number and then again tells me with an attitude well I can’t enter it in manually. How are you going to ask me for my card number and then tell me you can’t enter it in. I then see her help the other customer with her order and roll her eyes and laugh bc of what had just occurred with my card. I asked her to try again and she’s said “I can’t keep using my credit card machine paper and basically shood me away! Read moreI don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to because of the owners lack of accountability and outright lies in an attempt to deflect poor service. which I am not surprised about as anyone can see a pattern of 1 star reviews and the owners attitude towards criticism. My partner and I discovered this place and were excited. I personally enjoyed the food and smoothies, but twice now the customer service has been horrendous. My partner ordered pico on the side of her meal but don’t take my word for it as it literally says on the side on the menu. When the order had pico on it we simply asked for it to be remade because of a serious allergy. The owner stated “On the side means on the side of the meal but not physically removed from the meal in a separate container” which is wild because even McDonalds knows on the side means separate from the meal. She then argued with us and ultimately wiped it off, we know because we saw some still on the meal. I have pictures. (reference to the picture on the bottom with the side of pico that’s not supposed to be on the meal even though we had verbally expressed to the owner we cannot have that on the meal If they take allergies so seriously then they should have just remade it). We decided not to write a review that day and gave the place another chance because as I said the food is really good and figured maybe it was an off day. We went back and ordered for A FEW PEOPLE (the owner said why did you have tomato’s in the quesadilla trying catch us in a lie even though it wasn’t for us it was for a family member, nice try though), hence why our order wasn’t all at once but nobody ordered in between our orders despite what the owner wants you to believe. I had called the other people whose order we were taking while ordering and just before we left shows through call log that we were waiting for our order for 45 minutes. I figured they were short staffed and cut them a break. They didn’t bring out our soup with the rest of the meal so we had to go back and get it. If they at all ever simply apologized there would be no worries but instead the owner fought constantly with us and then began to lie about the situation. Just own up to being wrong we all are sometimes. But again don’t take my word for it because all the 1 star reviews at both locations complain about how the owner doesn’t take accountability and is argumentative. We all don’t know each other, if there’s a pattern of strangers saying this maybe you should look in the mirror. Read moreI am Extremely Happy that I found out about Juice N Blendz.This place is truly amazing & unlike any other food establishment here’s why, Like many other people, I was going to a local franchise smoothie place everyday & was unaware that there was nothing healthy about the smoothies I was getting. Sure they say there ingredients are all natural but Heroine is also a natural substance & I would never put that in my body so why would I want to have a smoothie that has No more benefit then a chocolate shake from the ice cream parlor, Thankfully that changed a long with the way I was consuming food & beverages altogether, I went into Juice N Blends in Massapequa for the first time about 3 months ago & from my first visit to the store I was Very impressed with not only the Menu items available But the education that I received from the owner on the different nutrients & vitamins in so many different ingredients that are available at her place & in so many different options of food & drinks. I literally go there every day & have a delicious creation that is not only delicious, it’s also filled with ingredients that are actually nutritional for my body. As crazy as it sounds, if I miss a day of going in for my drink I will notice the difference in my day as far as my energy or the way I feel. I swear I have even lost weight & the greatest thing is I’m able to keep it off & still have a lot of the things I though I couldn’t have that’s simply because of how there prepared & what goes into them. If you like great tasting food & drinks & also care about what your body consumes then I really recommend you go in & just have a look at the menu, ask another customer in the store there opinion or talk to the owner about what you enjoy the taste of & what your goals are & I assure you that you will also feel the same way I do about going there. On top of all that good stuff I just said I also wanted to say that everything is not only prepared fresh to order but it’s made in just a short amount of time. I usually call to place my order then few minutes later I head there to pick it up & 9 out of 10 times it’s already for me.
