From start to finish, Eddie, Eric, and Cait were accommodating, kind, and professional. I was involved in the process and creation of my engagement ring, and so when my fiancé and I chose Starflower Jewelry, we knew the process would be smooth and perfect. We asked if what I wanted could be custom created, and with no hesitation, they answered yes! They had chosen between two diamonds, and because we were coming all the way from South Shore Staten Island, we stated to them that we trusted them to chose the one they felt was the best fit. Although they said they could absolutely do so, that we should still come and see them with our own eyes and choose, on whatever day and time was best for us, even if their store was closed. Cait ended up accommodating to see us very early the next day, (so as to allow us to beat traffic,) they opened up the store for the morning since normally it would have been closed, and she sat down with us and showed us both diamonds and went in depth about all the things we needed in order to make our decision. Also, the store was clean, sleek, and modern. They then got the custom band within the next week and then within a few days, Eddie was setting the stone and polishing the ring to absolute perfection. Eric let my fiancé know immediately when the ring was ready, and when he went to pick it up, he thanked the whole team once again for giving us such a beautiful ring and experience. This was the best and easiest experience I’ve ever had! I decided to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancé), and I was on a bit of a time crunch. I spoke with Cait about the design in mind, sizing (which I was unsure exact), and all other details. I was so nervous and didn’t really know any of this stuff. Cait gave me such intelligent answers and walked me through step by step and detail by detail. It made me feel so much better and made me understand the ring buying/designing process. Cait talked with me via txt and phone calls throughout the whole process, and made me feel comfortable about what was going on and what step they were on. Needing the ring in such a short period of time, which was my fault, did not make them nervous at all. Everyone who works there, Cait, Eddie, and Eric, took this and said, “We will get this done for you no problem!” The amount of skill and pure talent each one of them have you would think this ring has been worked on for months. But, they got it done in less then a month. It’s an extremely beautiful ring, and my fiancé loves it and so do I! We will definitely be coming back for future jewelry!...
