I had a terrible experience with the customer service representative. They made an error and went ahead with a service that I explicitly did not agree to. Moreover, they refused to return my phone because I couldn't afford to pay for their mistake. Initially, I received a text message from them saying "your phone is ready," to which I replied, "ok, I'll be there in 10-15 min," assuming it was about the ready phone. However, they followed up with another message about a different service that I never agreed to.

To make matters worse, they unexpectedly charged me $65 for a service I never agreed to in the first place. I feel deceived and betrayed by this...

I called before to make sure the phone was available because I’m 30 minutes away, a guy answers and tells me he still has it, he sends me the wrong address and when I get to the right one he tells me he sold the phone and the price was listed different on fb than it was in the store and I asked him why , he told me to make customers come which is false advertisement! Don’t trust anything...
