We went here for my dad’s birthday. I asked ahead of time to sing happy birthday to him. Everything was fine until the food came to the table …. Once we started eating my son found a cockroach in his food! We told the waiter who also brought over the manager. She said that it looked like a different type of bug that could have came from flowers! The audacity of this lady to try to make an excuse for bugs in the food! Not only that but we did not have flowers near our table . She tried to say they were from a previous customer - so you mean to say you didn’t clean the table…? Clearly another lie since it was found inside the plate they brought! Shortly after water started flooding in from the kitchen! I was lucky my grandmother didn’t fall! The waiter didn’t even bother coming back today sing to my dad! Such a NASTY...

I used to love this place but quality has gone down and the prices have gone up! Bandeja típica they gave me 1/4 of avocado ! Used to be 1/2. The steak smelled foul almost like they put chemicals on it to preserve it. We know and can taste the difference! The chicharrón was fried where they fry fish. Trying to eat and all I can smell is fish when my plate has none! I think this was my last time. Do better or you will lose more customers.

Edit: You are right its always been 1/4, today I received 1/8th of an avocado my mistake. I would hope you re-train your employees as I am standing by my original statement of the chemical odor and the chicharrón...

Excellent portion size and food taste good chicken a little dry had 2x and dry not ordering that anymore. Steak excellent. Depnds on staff for some reason men there are more attentive and make sure my woater and coffee cups are always filled. Eat there 1 or twice a month local place. I hate to have to wave waiter or waitress down to fill my cup with anything and last time theu weren't busy. Would recommend. Also prices are a little high and fees for credit cards something I dont like give me 4% discount for cash and not up charge for credit card. That bothers me stupid fees for everything and no discount for doing what's right to...
