Super Taco — Restaurant in Town of Islip

I stopped by on a Friday night, I was perplexed as I walked into the taco place, feeling as if I had stepped into a club instead. There was a DJ and the music was so loud that I could barely make out what the woman taking my order was saying, and she had difficulty hearing me too. I specifically requested tacos with only cilantro and onions, but what I received were plain,bland, unseasoned tacos with NO ONIONS OR CILNTRO! I was really looking forward to a tasty meal, but the overwhelming noise and the mix-up with my order left me dissatisfied. I doubt I’ll be coming back.

Furthermore, they added a bunch of unnecessary items to the taco order just to hike up the cost. I ordered a trio of tacos along with a hot canned soda and ended up shelling out $22, which felt excessively high...

Overpriced, penny pinchers, and very skimpy. I ordered vegetable tacos and it was 90% cilantro and onions with barely any actual vegetables. They gave me 7 chips—almost as if they were purposefully counting them. By the way, the chips were stale. My partner found a hair in his food but luckily none in mine…Overall the people are kind of rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. We had questions about our options but the person taking our order put no effort in to getting answers. It’s perfectly fine to be unsure about something, but at least try to use your resources to get the right answer. Similarly, there is nothing wrong with making a mistake. Simply take accountability and don’t try to blame the customer.

Always a problem at the brentwood spot . I called to order 15 empanadas . The ladies couldnt even take that order . Then the man wanted the money to be paid for the phone since it was a big order paid . Get a phone call 10 mins later from a young girl laughin you ordered the shrimp empanadas yeah we dont have them after i paid and on my way to them. TERRIBLE SERVICE !
