My son had gone to a birthday party here around April of this year. My wife said it was a great experience. We had previously gone to Urban Air for birthday number 4 and had a good time. We decided to have my son's 5th birthday here on 6/11/24. It was the worst experience. It took a while to be helped by anyone. Checking in took my guests 15 mins for no reason at all. The hostess was just randomly staring at the screen and saying "hold on." Our hostess kept disappearing and was grossly behind schedule. I went looking for her to get water bottles for my guests. One of our guests said they saw our hostess smoking weed in the parking lot. The staff in the trampoline park were just part of the scenery. No one was attempting to enforce the rules, keep bigger kids out of the toddler attractions or rescue scared kids from being bombarded by everyone. Adults were on the slides and trampolines. I just steered my kid and his guests clear of the madness. Our pizza was an hour late. It arrived hot so it's more like it was ordered late. While everyone was eating pizza I made a brief announcement to thank our guests for attending when I was rudely interrupted by our hostess who was singing happy birthday and wheeling in the cake, alone, as my wife was complaining to her manager outside the party room. We were there for 3 1/2 hours for what was supposed to be a 2 hour party. The party was chaos and there was no supervision or any sign of leadership by management. When it was time to checkout we complained about the terrible party experience. The manager offered us some stupid VIP-complimentary-come-back-for-more write-off vouchers. They went straight in the trash. We're never going back there.
Edit: My wife just reminded me that our hostess was using her bare hands to put cake on the plates and we had to ask for the arcade cards (included in the party package) to be given...
Read moreHonestly, this place could be awesome. My kids are 3.5, 2.5, and 2.5 and it’s such a great way for them to get some energy out. The membership is a good value as well. However, it’s an absolute madhouse on the weekends. They throw what seems to be at least 3 or 4 birthday parties at the same time and it gets SO crowded in the mornings. The place just isn’t big enough to comfortably accommodate all those kids and parents.
Last weekend there was an issue with the bathrooms so they had everyone using the women’s bathroom (which is always kinda gross even when I’ve gone first thing in the morning during their kids jump). Fine, they originally were telling people bathrooms were completely closed so at least they let us use the one. We went today and both bathrooms were completely closed. What?! This issue wasn’t resolved in a week?? So unacceptable to have multiple birthday parties going on and your bathrooms aren’t working? Not sure if that’s even allowed? They said we could go across the street to the bagel place….my kids are newly potty trained, so no, they won’t be able to hold it to go across the street? Insane. I would never have a birthday party here; my kids get so much energy out and there aren’t many indoor options for this which is the only...
Read morePretty cool please but word of caution. Stay close to your kids if you have young kids. I went there on a Thursday morning to avoid crowds. I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old. I was close to my kids to make sure they were safe and following the posted rules for example one at a time on the inflatable tall slide. Other young kids ran up behind my kids and rudely and dangerously jumped / cut in front of my kids who were about to go down the slide and tumbled down the slide together which was not only rude but dangerous. I told their mom who is sitting far away on a bench, listening to her headphones about it, and then she spoke to her kids. I would encourage you to stay close to your kids, especially if you have young kids on the inflatable area because some other parents don’t teach their kids how to have proper manners or follow safety rules and I could see how kids could easily break their bones or get seriously injured here. It would be smart to have the staff member near the bottom of the inflatable slide to make sure only one kid at a time go in instead of standing near the closed foam pit looking at their phone. Other than that it was fun and the girl at the front desk was very nice...
