One of must see places in Poughkeepsie. We always park the car next to the Mid-Hudson Bridge (plays Music) and start the loop by passing the mid Hudson walk all the way passing by the train station, get to the walkway over the Hudson Bridge, visit the Welcome center and finish the loop. This small park is at the end of a approximately half mile walk from the Walkway over the Hudson Park. It's a good place to see the Park and the bridge over the Hudson. The Johnson Park is right next to the FDR Bridge.
