I ordered some lightly roasted Honduras coffee beans to be shipped to me since I live so far away and I am completely and utterly blown away. I have a very unique palette for coffee and often don’t drink it because I really enjoy the single origin small batch types and I only really buy it as a treat. This coffee was more than a treat for me. I’ve had one of the most stressful and awful weeks of my life and I’ve managed to carve out this little moment of self care - weighing and grinding beans, filling my coffee press heating up the water to the perfect temperature and making some toast with jam to pair with it. It’s sappy to say this coffee made me cry happy tears, but it did.
The beans were just roasted 4 or 5 days before they arrived on my porch and the smell in that box and now in my kitchen cabinet is just exquisite. I enjoy a good coffee pairing as food can enhance the experience of the coffee and it was recommended to me to have some toast with strawberry or apricot jam. This was the absolute perfect way to enjoy this coffee journey that Mercurial Coffee Co just took me on. I am greatly looking forward to continuing supporting this amazing company and continuing this coffee...

We frequently visit their kiosk on the Walkway Over the Hudson for the best coffee in the Hudson Valley. The owners are warm and friendly - they are very interested that they made your coffee exactly as you want it. The coffee is delicious and fresh. People were so happy with having this choice of beverage in addition to the usual open bar. I am still receiving compliments from people who enjoyed the Mercurial Coffee and their crew at the wedding venue. I would definitely...
Read moreA cafe truck along the Hudson Valley Rail Trail with very creative drinks and baked goods that taste amazing! I got the black sesame mocha and it was a bit expensive (specialty drinks are about 6-8 dollars here) but the quality and uniqueness was worth the price. It had a nice, strong roasty flavor with the right amount of cream and some ground black sesame. You can get either whole or oat milk. There was a mistake with my order and the barista was very kind about it, offering to either replace the drink or give a baked good for free. The signage and live plants around the truck are very pretty, and Mercurial Coffee Co is full of nice little touches like these that make...
