I recently visited this stunning beach and park, and I was blown away by its natural beauty! The beach was pristine, with soft white sand and crystal-clear waters that were perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The park was equally impressive, with lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and tranquil walking trails that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

The facilities were well-maintained and clean, with plenty of amenities like picnic tables, grills, and restrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everyone had a great experience.

The view towards the north from the promenade is incredible and there are a number of great amenities (barbecues, ballfields, an amphitheater, a playground, etc.). But some of the park’s buildings and other facilities are in need of some TLC to say the (very) least as of the time of my writing of this review — specifically the portion formerly owned and operated by Nassau County before the Town of North Hempstead took over ownership of that portion (there used to be a Town section and a County section). But it is still a place worth visiting — especially if you want to take a nice stroll near the water and want to see some...

No lifeguard can’t swim 30 minutes to get to bar beach. Wasted all our time Going to the beach Supposed to be a lot of people there was no people there except 3 people We was playing for 10 minutes And we heard a siren that sounds like a military siren. Me and my brother and my dad and my sister were freaked out we went inside My dad car and drove out of. Bar Beach I took 20 minutes to get home I was so excited to go to the beach and we will never go back to this Beach ever again
