Upon reaching out to Stephanie for grooming services, I inquired about pricing and was initially quoted $80 if he had no knots. Upon dropping off my freshly combed and smooth pup at her residence, which was hidden behind a house off the main road, I explained the desired groom. Stephanie suggested shampoo upgrades and advised about her late pickup policy. She did not mention any difference in pricing. Despite my adherence to the policy and arriving for pickup five minutes early, I was taken aback to find my dog looking like a rat and far from what I desired. To my surprise (or lack thereof), Stephanie then informed me that the $80 rate only applied with regular visits to her, from here on out, increasing todays price because “he was a lot of work.” I am a fair person, and if my pup was overgrown I could understand. However, not only was this a regular visit (just trying a new groomer) for him, but I do not appreciate the lack of honesty. I have been using Stephanie for several years and love the service she provides! My little dog’s cut is perfect and consistent every time he gets groomed. He started out more nervous with his groomings but now he happily goes in and knows what to expect. Stephanie only grooms one dog at a time and gives some lead time for pick up when she is almost finished. My friends rave about my dog’s haircuts and I have been stopped on the street countless occasions by both pedestrians as well as people who stop their cars to admire his haircut. Stephanie is warm, friendly and knows how to make dogs feel comfortable with her. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Stephanie at Serenity Grooming! My dog, can be a bit nervous around strangers, but Stephanie was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind from the moment she started grooming.

The grooming was top-notch! Our pup came out looking (and smelling!) fantastic. The cut was exactly what I asked for, and it’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into the work. She even trimmed the nails perfectly and cleaned his ears, which many places rush through.

What really stood out was the communication— Stephanie took the time to discuss the grooming plan, check for any skin sensitivities, and made sure our dog was comfortable throughout the process.
