Millennium Firearms LLC. — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

So, I made an appointment with John from MILLENNIUM FIRE ARM PLACE (to purchase a gun) on Friday at 6pm. It took me 55 minutes to get there from the city, I was early so I gave them a call and was offered to just leave the deposit in the mail box since they wouldn’t be there until 6pm. No problem, I’ll wait, approximately 1 hr. At 6:10 I went to ring the bell and to my surprise John still wasn’t there. Through the Ring bell he asked me again to leave the deposit in the mailbox 🤔do you have my name? Do you have what I want? How much was it going to be? Can I get a receipt?

I chose MILLENNIUM because they had great reviews and I already had non responsive retailers closer to home. So I was very disappointed at the level of service and left me very uncomfortable that I was expected to just leave money...

John is a gregarious, knowledgeable (certified gunsmith) and a straight shooter (pun intended). He speaks what he knows and confirms what he doesn't.

He pulled several of the manufacturers pistols I was interested in (Youtube) and let me compare them side by side.

When I asked if he had the pistol in my hand available in black, he could of tried to sell me on what I was holding, instead he ordered it for me. No fuss at all.

My order had been delayed, no fault of Millenium's and required additional gunsmith work. As a courtesy, John accommodated by completing the work after hours to minimize the delay to me his customer. You just can't beat that.

Dealing with John was a pleasure; his knowledge is quite extensive and his sizeable used inventory often contains firearms that other stores in the area don't normally have. I visited six different shops in the region in an effort to locate a relatively common used revolver, to no avail. One call to John and I immediately had a few examples to choose from. Good prices and a great selection.
