My friend found this place through a Facebook post, and as lovers of good sushi, we decided to give it a try. We got there about an hour after they opened for business on a Sunday on a snowy day, so we were not surprised that we were the only diners there and had the full attention of the staff. Our waitress was friendly, helpful and attentive, refilling our teacups and removing dishes as soon we were done with them. For the truly important part, the food was great! We ordered a couple appetizers and were impressed with the uncommonly large portion sizes of both the edamame and the spicy rock shrimp, which was absolutely delicious. For the main entree , I ordered a couple rolls which were good and my friend ordered the salmon bento box which was also good though she's not a big fan of California rolls and would have preferred the shumai steamed instead of fried. Read moreI Placed an online order for One Chirashi and when arrived still had to wait additional 20 minutes for the pick up to be ready. The total time from the moment I placed an order to pick up was a little under one hour.
Upon being given my take-out order I realized one block later they had not provided me with soy sauce and also mistakenly Put carrots in my salad when I specifically asked not to.
Not a simple thank you from any of the staff instead just give them the bag at the door.
This is my first time visiting due to the locals stating that the food is fresh and delicious however this type of service I cannot tolerate so no matter how good the food is I will not be coming back. Bad service trumps good food anywhere.
Not a simple thank you from the female server instead just handed the bag at the door and...
Read moreI ordered 3 spicy cali, 1 crunch roll, 2 Vegas sushi and as I was putting sushi in plates for my kids I realized one spicy Cali had a hair in it. I called the restaurant immediately talked to the manager he was insisting on remaking the order after my kids and my self losing our appetite. I went to the restaurant and spoke to the manager my self and all he had to tell me was I can remake your order. My whole issue is how are you gonna let a piece of hair on food your serving especially after knowing what's going on with this pandemic and what we all hen through. If a piece of hair was that easy to get on my food I wonder what else could contaminate the food your serving. I would love a refund but seems like the best the manager could've done was remake my order and I'm...
