(First off, I know this is commonly said, but it’s true: I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience here has broken my silence and I can’t be selfish and keep it to myself). With that said, big thank you to the installer Jose who worked on my Honda Accord and to the manager Eddie who does a great job getting you what you’re looking for with great suggestions! Jose helped to install a dashcam and a car alarm system/remote start that comes with the remote and an app where I get alerts. I’m not too into all the fancy stuff and was a bit nervous going there because I was intimidated by all the fancy cars going in and out of the place. I originally went in to install a remote start to make my life easier in the summer when I want the car AC to get a head start cooling down and in the winter when I want the heater to start warming up before I get in the car. My options were explained to me and since I’m not too knowledgeable about cars I just had to trust the suggestions. It was also recommended I get a dashcam, which although I wasn’t planning on it, the price was a great deal so I agreed. Months later, the whole package came in handy when my parked car was sideswiped by a truck in Brooklyn, NY. The remote on my keys immediately started making noise from where I was and the app on the phone showed that my car was “TILTED”. I grabbed all my stuff and ran to where my car was parked, but by then, the other person drove away leaving my side mirror and pieces of my car on the street and damages to my doors. Pissed is an understatement. No one around to tell me if they saw anything. That’s when the dashcam came in handy and recorded the whole thing with the truck company name and number. To wrap up this story, the notifications from the car alarm app helped me identify the exact time it happened as well as the dashcam video recording. Thankfully with a few calls the trucking company’s insurance is paying for the damages (although they initially tried to deny it, until they saw the video 😉). Anyways, I highly recommend First Class Motorsport LI. It was a great deal and it ended up saving me money and further stress in the end. Definitely worth the trip from the boroughs to Long Island. These guys are the absolute best. The store owner Eddie, used to work down the road and now opened his own spot. He did a total makeover of my brand new 2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-pro. After opening his own business he recently installed an Alarm system and camera system to my vehicle.

On top of that, every day I was sent consistent updates with pictures and recommendations of placements and parts that would help in the look and utility I was looking for. The store owner Eddie was on top of every step. Eddie treats you like family. They are very competitive and give you the best prices. They even gave me a loaner while the car was out getting the work done. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had at a car shop.

I wish Eddie the best of luck, and with his customer service I’m sure he will succeed at anything he does in life.

UPDATE: This is an update to my previous 5-star rating, and I’m happy to say my experience with First Class Motorsports on Jericho Turnpike is still absolutely amazing. The owner, Eddie, truly goes above and beyond—he recently installed additional security features on my vehicle and proved once again that he’s a man of his word.
