I am back to finish the tale of my Pella experience. I have lowered the score yet again. I still give it one star because the door itself is beautiful. As I say below, Pella kept screwing up my delivery and sent the wrong size and/or color trim at least 6 times! To try and match the color, someone came to my house to stain the trim and it was still the wrong color the first time. The second time it was at least in the same color family but still way to light. I asked for the stain to be sent to me so I can stain it myself (why he left with it i don't know), which I did and I like the results. It's been over a YEAR!! So I finally have matching trim that needs to be installed but Pella refuses to do the install because they weren't the original contractors. Well, if they didn't screw up the delivery for over a year, the original contractors would have installed it. How can you not make this right?? I am astonished at the arrogance. Wasn't offered a discount, a coupon, nothing for my troubles. I had to take days off and lose vacation days while someone came to my house to stain the trim ... twice!! Unbelievable! I bought the wood sliding patio door. This is an expensive door and should be perfect! The arrogance is unbelievable. Nothing for my inconvenience and now i have to pay for someone to install trim! Really?? Don't buy from Pella if you value customer service. They are all nice but if something goes wrong they don't care about you. They got paid so they're happy and they don't care if it costs you your time, vacation days or more money. They pat themselves on the shoulder, they made it right.... OVER A YEAR LATER! And I was the one who got the color right.

Updating my prior review. I don't like writing negative reviews but I am compelled to update the review I wrote when I first ordered my door, before I even received it because I was asked to by my rep. I am unhappy that my rep was sporadically responsive and do not understand why there isn't any help for the reps when their situation warrants it so that the customer doesn't suffer. I am unhappy with the time it took to get my door completed, all due to Pella errors - in ordering and in color. Primarily i am unhappy with the final outcome of my door. Due to Pella's mistakes the trim does not match the door. Yes, they tried to rectify it but can't. Customers should not have to make concessions since Pella is such an expensive product that claims superior quality. I update this because my door project was last year. I expressed my unhappiness to my rep several times, my last communication was in November ... and I still haven't heard back. I would like to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to Pella and their team for the outstanding support my wife and I received throughout the process of our window project. After a disappointing experience with Renewal By Anderson, where I had to cancel the deal due to deceptive practices by their supervisor, working with Pella has truly been a refreshing and seamless experience.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, every aspect of the process was handled with professionalism and care. The representative who assisted us was highly responsive and provided invaluable guidance, particularly in helping us navigate the available Pella window options. His expertise made the decision-making process smooth and informative.

The timely delivery of materials and the straightforward scheduling of the installation were also greatly appreciated. I would like to especially commend the head installer, Joe A., along with his team members, Danny and Carlos(I believe), for their exceptional work. They demonstrated remarkable efficiency and skill throughout the installation process. Despite the challenge of removing the large 62"x94" picture window—which I had previously installed myself—they managed to complete the task with ease. The smaller picture window was quickly replaced without issue.

Additionally, the aluminum capping on the large picture window exceeded our expectations. Danny took great care in designing a new, improved solution that was both practical and visually appealing. His attention to detail and dedication, which extended beyond sunset, resulted in a final product that was far superior to the original design.

Having completed numerous home remodeling projects myself from room addition rebuild to redoing a 1,400 sqft deck, I truly recognize the effort and craftsmanship that went into this work.

The installation team was incredible. From the initial visit to measure all of the windows for installation, through the entire installation process. The crew (Mike, Alfredo & Hido) was from S&G Contracting. They handled every step of the installation with the utmost professionalism, from laying out protective coverings throughout the house, to installing all of the windows, to the cleanup of the house and grounds at the end of each day that they worked. It was a 2 day install of over 14 windows. The crew was extremely friendly and helpful and took the time to answer any questions and concerns we had. Their goal was to make certain we were happy and satisfied customers.

We selected the Fiberglass Impervia windows and we are more than happy with the results. The windows are beautiful and they have made a big difference in our home's comfort and appearance.
