Raindew Manhasset True Value And Pharmacy — Attraction in Town of North Hempstead

I stopped in today looking for a few home cleaning supplies and was surprised by the size of the store and the huge selection of....pretty much everything. I don't know how to classify this store. It had cosmetics, toys, snacks, seasonal items, home kitchen appliances (small) , books, stationary, hair care, cleaning supplies, home fix it & improvement supplies(nothing for major fixing but plenty of small items ), lawn furniture, summer items, gum, candy... I'm sure they have much more than I listed. I didn't regret stopping in. Super sweet girl at cash...

This Raindew store is always well kept and everything is organized in a well lit and well laid out space. You can find gifts, plushies, home goods, fabric and yarn, to outdoor furniture and decor. Tons of stuff to see. Reminded me of an updated version of Woolworth's. Now I'm showing my age. LOL Anyway, shopping carts provided and you'll find everything you need in one shopping trip. This visit, I perused the Christmas stuff that was discounted after the season, grabbed some Valentine's Day stuff and needed home cleaners for laundry. See... Everything...

A great family owned business. There probably isn't any thing you can't find here except big items that are found in the big box stores. Store is neat and clean with very well stocked shelves. Their staff is friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. You could spend hours here exploring their store with the amount of merchandise and I mean that in a good way. If you need something in a hurry, for a simple project home or school you won't be disappointed. Just go and see...
