Pros: I liked the Spa Tub with Jets, it had mirrors on all sides which was nice as well considering it was Valentine’s Day and I was here with my partner. The Location was just right, and the Price ($120.00 total with taxes and fees, we booked over a month in advance) was great. The Size of the Suite “room” (it was a bedroom, large tub area with mirrors, living room, bathroom, and hallway) was good size. I did not see any bugs or bed bugs.

Disliked: The smell. The minute I walked into the room I could tell how stuffy it was. I instantly was sneezing and my eyes were running. I am extremely allergic to mold and this room was covered in mold - I could physically see the mold and smell it. It was unbearable to the point where when we finally left the room and went outside I got a fresh breathe of air and felt like I was alive again. Not to mention the loudness of the other guests staying here. Their were people blasting music and making loud noises up until at least 2 AM, it was nearly in possible to fall asleep. Nobody told them to be quiet and I wasn’t going to tell the front desk staff because 1. I doubt they would care and 2. God forbid the people in that room be crazy and try to harm us or be spiteful and be even more loud

Overall; if it was not for the tremendous amount of mold and smell of mold then I would come back. But the mold was too bad to the point where I could barely breathe, so no I do not recommend this location as a place to stay and I would not come back here.

If you happen to make it breathable and clean and disinfect your rooms of all the mold then I would come back. But as of...

The employee who checked me in was very nice, at check-out the other employee who was there at the time was also very correct. The reception needs a renovation, it gives a bad impression, but then I was very satisfied with the stay. The room was clean, the quality of the equipment was not the best, but everything was there as promised and according to the price relative to other hotels in the area I would say that the value for money is good. The area is very good, the LIRR station is only 0.5 miles apart and in 29 minutes you can reach the center of Manhattan. Complimentary coffee at reception failed, I only saw it available on the last day, no problem for me anyway because the room had a small coffee maker which worked great. It was hard to find a parking place, because I thought that the parking space was only what is in front of the hotel, but then I saw that there is much more space in the back (it would be good if they put some sign, or if they mention it to the guest when making check-in). As the hotel has more of a motel-type architecture and the room that I had was facing the street, it would have been good if it had a translucent curtain in addition to the black-out, so that the entire interior of the room is not visible from the street to the open to let in a little light. In short, with its ups and downs, I was very satisfied with my stay (it is worth clarifying that my expectations were not very high due to the comments I read before, but after my own experience I believe that the criticisms are exaggerated and in some cases...

My husband and I provided the young lady at the front desk a list of issues with our room and askwd for a small, partial refund of points. She told me the only way we could do that is to contact Wyndham directly. Today was my fourth contact with Wyndham. All Wyndham associates at customer service say that they are supervisors. Today's "supervisor" told me that since each hotel is privately owned, the proper protocol was for the hotel personnel to handle this instead of referring me to Wyndham corporation. Being a Wyndham Platinum Member is meaningless. Room had no towel racks. Freezer was full of frost (needed defrosting) so our leftovers got frozen in the fridge. We were there on both weekends mornings and there was only complimentary coffee (no snacks). The sheet on the mattress was not a fitted sheet, so it came loose which is a potential for the mattress to get dirty. All furniture was intact. Back side of the hotel had two people smoking pot outside each of their rooms. I felt safe in room at front of hotel. In order to not hear the cars on Northern Blvd, you will need to run the fan. I was told that there are no units at the front of hotel that have two beds. Bed did not have a comforter, just a flat, thin blanket between two sheets. Had to ask for more pillows; there were only two and they were rather flat. Towels lacked absorbency. We were not provided a wifi password, so I am not sure if that is available. I liked the town; Gino's...

In town for business trip... I am in many hotels for work all the time... this is the 1st time that a 2 day booking on Monday and Tuesday and have different rates for each day... when I asked the male employee why 2 different charges for a Monday and Tuesday, he goes into a 10 minute rant about hamburgers at McDonald's with massive attitude and not listening and over speaking me with my valid question... as a business owner this type of employee is bad for business... room was nice and what to expect for a budget cheap hotel brand... I guess you get what you pay for... I paid for crappy service delivered with attitude because I dared asked why 2 different charges... a/c works well... so if you are unlucky and get the same male as I did don't ask him questions... he isnt able to answer as a civil adult...sad and pathetic Ok one night over... this place lies about its free continental breakfast that this hotels website claims it does but doesn't... im bald and there was hair in the shower stall and the bed... the refrigerator is dirty... the toilet is dirty... this isnt even a good budget cheap hotel Reading reviews and the good ones are fake reviews and easily seen as such ... the complaints seem all valid and comparable... what a terrible owner or manager not fixing the issues customers bring to their attention...

If you are handicap, DO NOT STAY HERE! They dont have a handicap ramp AND the beds are ridiculously high to get into. Plus the website says they have rollaway beds but THATS A LIE! I stayed here after I was discharged from the hospital non weightbearing on one leg. Thank God for the Uber driver who pulled me up onto the sidewalk with the wheelchair or else i wouldnt have been able to get up on the sidewalk. Also the front desk wanted us to go around the hotel to the other side in which we would have had to go around a dentist office and a restaurant and a bunch of cars to get to the back. Oh and I didnt even mention that they charged my mom twice. They lied to her avout the card being declined(it showed up on her bank and the bank reversed it.) And charged her cash. Finally the guy gave us a room up front and i slept in the wheelchair that night. thank god we had to leave pretty early the next day. So if you want to stay at this place and are handicap or have difficulty getting into beds about 3 1/2 ft off the ground, dont do it!
