Best Wok — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Probably the only Chinese restaurant off of Plandome Rd. The food is okay but also very expensive I sometimes leave the town for something cheaper.

There is such a long wait even when you call ahead, and the lady who takes the orders always seems angry even when you just order something simple. I really don't know what I've done to upset her, maybe she doesn't like me for some reason although I only place my order, pay, say thank you and leave.

In the summer it is extremely HOT there's no fan, no ac and in the winter it's COLD... Gives a feeling like they don't care about customers just give me your money...

Im letting you know right now, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER. There delivery man tried to rob me, he stuck his hand in my bag to look for a receipt, then he aggressively stuck his hand in my bag to take out the food. This restaurant should be named worst wok instead of best wok. I ordered spare ribs and roast pork lo mein, and I was waiting for over 20 minutes for food. The lo mein was bland and mushy, as I could easily break the noodles by touching them. The spare ribs were mostly all bone with minimal flavor and poor quality.
