This is a paved 4-mile trail that is mostly flat but has a slight grade in places. Great for walking/running, cycling, strollers, and dogs. There are dog bags available at a few spots along the trail. There are benches along the northern half of the trail, but not on the southern half.

It's a decent novice ride, with some scenic spots. About 7 miles long, slight downhill grade from N to S, otherwise pretty flat. It's not continuous riding since you have to cross some streets along the way. There are a few quaint towns and bridges but Mostly you see backyards, power lines, and two sewage treatment plants, which BTW hopefully you'll visit on a cool day if you know what I mean. Southern end is a little rougher...

It looks like a great novice trail, and if you want your novice daughter being run off the trail by experienced bikers coming the other direction, this is exactly where you should take them. Bonus in that some of these experienced bikers will ask if you're ok, and when you point out "not exactly, and you weren't sharing", they will offer that you...
