First time here as I was looking for a Sunday Brunch. Wife and I decided to go around 2pm. We were met with an enthusiastic young woman that sat us promptly after finishing up her bar responsibilities. Seating was nice and setup was perfect. 2 top table wasnt that small 24" but a reasonable 30 inch or more. Asked if thw Brunch bottomless option could be from any of the offered drinks and was told YES! For drinks we started with the apreol sprits and house white. Both good. We ordered the skirt steak breakfast and the chix Parma. Side salad with the Parma dish was great. Light dressing but bold enough flavored for us. When the dishes came out the pasta was al dente and we even forgot to ask for al dente. Skirt steak breakfast was really good and mostly medium but a little chewy. Not a big deal because the rice and beans and plantains were amazing. I tried a bloody Mary that was good then the Red Sangria that was really good. Wife got an espresso martini that was so good she got a 2nd with the creme brule dessert. Both the drink and dessert were also amazing! I lastly asked to try the rose Sangria to which I was brought and really appreciated. Ill be sticking with the red. Regardless we loved this first time here and will definitely be coming back with at least a friend or...

My wife and I, along with another couple, had dinner at Sage Bar and Grille last night, and we were thoroughly impressed. It was our first visit, and everything—from the food to the ambiance—exceeded expectations.

The evening started off strong with appetizers: the shrimp tacos were bursting with flavor, and our friends thoroughly enjoyed the crabcakes. For mains, my wife had the coconut-crusted halibut special, which was cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside. I went with the Chicken Di Parma, which came with Penne in a rich vodka sauce, and it was equally fantastic. We ended the meal on a high note with a homemade chocolate espresso mousse cup, which was amazing.

Our server was attentive and professional, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Josh, the owner, who went above and beyond—stopping by our table multiple times and even treating us to complimentary after-dinner drinks. His warm hospitality made a lasting impression.

We’re always on the lookout for standout dining experiences in Rockland and northern NJ, and Sage Bar and Grille has definitely earned a spot in our regular rotation. Highly...

Honestly the food was great we had Dinner here on NYE. Great service, atmosphere was modern and from the appetizer down to the Dessert this place did not disappoint!

I highly recommend the muscles for an appetizer ! They are probably the best Ive had anywhere in Rockland.

We ordered chicken parm but with vodka sauce and seafood fried diablo. Both were simple and delicious !

For dessert if your into crème brûlée you will not be disappointed and last but not least I would ask for the house made coquito !

Overall experience , they were busy , and hustling , and we understood this was a new place and we all start somewhere! We were able to determine the staff working really hard to get through the kinks ! The servers were all very accommodating and the owner which we met that night was gracious and really just a stand up guy! We can’t wait to come back! Very happy to have found a spot that delivers what we need in this county !

We wish you all the best Sage...

In my 25 plus years in the hospitality and several restaurant under my belt and still own few never ever heard of such thing and when I heard it from my next door Neighbour telling me this and I said no way no how and I had to see it for my self. From one restaurant owner to another and on behalf of the hospitality we don't charge for ice when they ask, we don't charge for Parmesan cheese for their pasta, we don't charge for lemons on their drinks, we don't charge when they ask for silverware or another napkins, we don't charge if they ask to put the heat up or AC, we don't charge for beans on expresso martini. A dirty martini is made with olive juice and comes with olives as garnish and for the bartender to say just so you know we charge for olives because they are bigger and we stuff them ourself. Such a great looking place with great selections of dishes and they look amazing. I still continue to come and support as I live around the corner but not all the same.
