We have been having issues with our WiFi for years. After many attempts to have the problem rectified by numerous people, nothing seemed to work. As a result of the Pandemic, my kids and their significant others moved back into our home to work remotely and needless to say were not happy with the lack of WiFi service. We called IDS and Scott was a pleasure to deal with. His technicians were knowledgeable, reliable, COVID compliant and the job was done in a day. Our WiFi service is perfect throughout our entire home and everyone is extremely happy and working hard!!! You can tell everyone at IDS takes pride in what they do and care that the job is done right. Whenever I called the office, Jean was a delight to talk to and very helpful. I was very impressed when Scott followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the result....

Scott (who originally designed our system) has always been accessible, patient, informative and fair as our system has expanded or needed upgrading over the years. Now (and for many years) our first point of contact is Jeannie (Office Manager), who is always able to provide complete system information and willing to walk us through operational questions … and one of the most pleasant and responsive people one will ever speak to. And when our system occasionally needs service, the technician that works with us is Louie … who is knowledgeable of our home, skilled in problem solving and able to address our needs (either on-site or remotely) on a timely basis. Read moreI highly recommend IDS. I started using them 4 years ago as a first time home owner for a home alarm system that was previously installed. Any time I have to call, Jean the office manager is always very helpful and responsive. Their technician, Lou, is a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, and the most prompt service professional I’ve worked with. I’ve had a few service calls, updates, and a system upgrade. All were very pleasant experiences. When discussing the upgrade, I never felt taken advantage of and Lou walked me through my options and even distinguished between what would be required and what was optional and advised on recommendations rather than upselling me without providing all the facts. I will continue using IDS for any home I own and recommend them to anyone in need of an alarm...
