Book of Mormon Publication Site (Grandin Building)

Wow, so where to begin?🕊️🙏💙🔥📖

Sister Johnson provided me with a remarkable tour of this historic site of the Church of Jesus of Christ of Latter Day Saints. She harnessed the power of the Holy Ghost to take me back in time and feel physical and spiritual CHILLS triggered by the monumental work that took place in this hallowed building! 🧱🕊️🔥💪📚

In the 1830s, dozens of people dedicated to the Lord (or at least to the completion of honest and highly challenging work) completed the unimaginable task of printing and binding the first 5,000 copies of the Book of Morman, the literal Words of Jesus Christ and a true supplement to the Holy Bible! 📖🕊️🔥✅

During the process, attention to detail was critical! There was no "un-do" button available in the production of these books. The brilliant people who created these books, empowered by the Holy Ghost, had to labor meticulously to ensure that their production was error-free. Once created, the Book of Morman stood out on the bookshelf like the glorious sun among the clouds!☁️🌞☁️ While every book sold in the store was paperback, the Book of Morman was the only volume beyond the Bible with a hard cover! 🕊️📔🔥

The Book of Morman was expensive in 1830 - it cost the consumer $1.25, which was the equivalent of 2 days of labor. But many purchased the Book of Morman, and they were absolutely blown away by it's power and truth, and they shared their copy with friends and family with joy and excitement, and it was at that point that the one and only True Church of Jesus Christ would begin to spread across the Earth! 🌎🙏🕊️🔥✅

I don't want to give everything away, but the museum is further endowed with wonderful paintings and artifacts from this vibrant spiritual revolution! Please don't miss out on an opportunity to walk back in time to one of the most historically significant acts in the history of the universe! What a PRIVILEGE to have something so remarkable in our backyard! Even someone from secular society could appreciate the gravity of the work and effort that took place here nearly 200 years ago.
