If I could give negative stars I would! I am so disappointed with this place. In the beginning the service was great, food was good and we were getting EVERYTHING we ordered. This is the THIRD time we have ordered dinner here and something was missing. The first time it was a salad and some bread, the second time was 2 salads and cottage cheese. THIS TIME IT WAS 3 SIDES AND MY ENTIRE ENTREE WAS BURNT (NOT CHARRED) AND THAT IS AFTER I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR IT NOT TO BE CHARRED BECAUSE IT MAKES ME SICK! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER HERE FOR MY FAMILY. $100 DOWN THE DRAIN FOR THE WORST DINNERS WE HAVE EVER HAD! AND ON TOP OF IT, THE WAITRESSES WERE RUDE, WOULDN'T LISTEN TO A WORD I WAS SAYING AND BUMPED INTO ME EVERY CHANCE THEY COULD GET! RUDE SERVICE BECAUSE SOMEONE IS OHHH TOO BUSY TO MAKE IT RIGHT. AND ON TOP OF IT, THEY DIDN'T OFFER ANYTHING TO HELP MAKE IT...

During a pandemic NYS and CDC has implemented guidelines for our safety during COVID 19 in order to keep us all safe...and our jobs ope,. I was there yesterday. Not one cook had a mask on, and both waitresses kept taking thiers down to breathe or talk ( def took a video) its NOT safe.. It's NOT following the rules for NYS. I will never be back. Besidea the customers that walked in werent required either to have a mask upon entry before sitting I am a waitress and some days i work 16hrs in a mask. We ALL do. We dont like it but it is what it is. Hope y'all get shut down. I never felt so unsafe. If I could have given a 0 star I would have. Feel free to ask gor the video it will def be shared....

I ordered a takeout meal for a group of 57 people. Taso was great to coordinate with before, and the lady at the restaurant the day of was AMAZING. She should get a raise for sure! She worked so hard to make everything perfect for us, even delivering the gravy we forgot. We were unfortunately late picking up the food, so it was a bit cold and the gravy ended up being pretty unappetizing. The food in general was okay, nothing extraordinary. I got a price several times throughout the process, and then when we were charged it was more than we were quoted, which is frustrating. For that reason, I am docking a star off...
