DO NOT PURCHASE A PLOT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

If you do, and there is a change in your life where you need to sell it back, they only will buy back plots that they value.

Meaning they are purposely selling plots that they know they don't value at all.

Absolutely shameful

EDIT:. I had someone willing to buy my plot but only if the one next to mine was available. They reached out to White Haven because based on them not considering my plot valuable because it's in an area that nobody wants, we assumed that the plots next to mine would be available. But weirdly they were sold out and thus I can't sell the plot now .. because it's too sold out in that area for anyone else. But not sold out enough for White Haven to value it.

So they won't buy it because nobody wants the plots near mine but sold the plots around mine making it impossible for me to sell

Do not give them your money and find a better resting place run by...

My son has been on the nature trail since 2020. It used to be nice and well kept up. I was extremely upset when I went to visit him the other day and his trail has just been forgotten. No upkeep at all. The path used to be mulched and the grass/weeds between the stones were managed. Now, the trail is just grass and weeds and there has been no upkeep whatsoever. They have recently put several new trails in with a beautiful fountain in the front and most trails have been mulched and there is upkeep between the stones but it’s clear they don’t care to maintain the older trails. I’m embarrassed to invite friends and family to visit him. When I complained I got a return email saying they would pass on my complaint to maintenance. Since it’s now July, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the trail to be in good condition. Now it just looks sad, depressing...

My mother passed away unexpectedly 2 weeks ago in a Rochester NY Hospital. We live in the Binghamton area so I had no clue regarding who to call for cremation. I called Rochester cremation who stated that the crematorium would be White Haven. I then find out that according to Rochester cremation, White Haven would charge an additional $195 d/t the amount of fluid she had accumulated during her stay (kidneys failed) Basically, she was now "Over the weight limit" Mind you, It was only fluid, not body mass. When I picked up her remains I had to pay the difference of $195. What a way to stick it to a grieving family during such a hard time. Hope the greedy owners can...
