I love Tim Hortons coffee! I'd prefer it over Dunkin anyday. I also enjoy the soups and bagels, however this location is the WORST! I work down the street and have stopped there almost everyday on my lunch break (usually around 1030/11, so not usually busy) for coffee an occasionally a bagel or soup/sandwich. They get my order wrong more often then they get it right, and it always takes longer then it should (I've been to ER location during rush hour and have had my order right and quick plenty of times). I order the same drink. Medium coffee two creams. Coffee either has no cream, too much cream or flavored at least half the time and my good order has probably only been right once. Because of the convience I've given them buissness, but only coffee and an occasional cookie. Today, I went was the only one in the drive thru and one person was inside. Had to wait 5 min, and they gave me the wrong cookie and coffee with a flavor cream or sugar added. I went back in to get my correct order (admit I was frustrated) and the staff was very unpleasant! Worst of all, majority of the time the staff seems to be fooling around. I'm all about having fun at work (they do at ER every morning) but if you can't get the orders right and out in a timely fashion, then perhaps there should be less fooling around and more focus. I'm done with this location. This location needs some serious employee and manager training. I'll go to the ER location for my afternoon...
Read moreTim Horton's was great when it first opened in the Rochester area: really good coffee, hot iced and frozen; tasty, fresh muffins and donuts that were better than either Dunkin or Wegmans. The service was cheerful and competent. Unfortunately, in all the Rochester locations I frequent (East Rochester, Penfield and Bushnell's Basin), the service is HORRIBLE. Something is ALWAYS wrong with the order. Last time when we drove through East Rochester, they charged me double for something, and when I pointed it out, they said I should order something else of the same value, because they couldn't give me a refund!! REALLY? The hot coffee is tolerable, but not good. The cafe mocha is consistently watery and devoid of flavor, as are all the frozen coffee drinks. And because they have gone to using Crushed ice, all the iced drinks - coffee, soda, etc. - are consequently watered down, even if you ask them to go light on the...
Read moreI go to this Tim Hortons on a weekly, and at times a daily basis prior to work. The staffing there is always on point and helpful, until today. Upon request for my regular items, the store supervisor, Alexis, immediately turned my request down and stated they "cannot make special requests". What was this request? To simply dip old fashion donuts, instead of the regular. Simple as that, seriously. I've had NO issue with this at any other Tim Hortons nor at this one. When asked why she could not provide this, she refused to answer the question and resorted to the vague answer she began with "were not supposed to". Then proceeded to speak in an extremely disrespectful manner and attempted to not provide me my receipt of the order AND closed the window on me, mid conversation. I've gone and reported this to higher management as this is not the customer service I...
