Landmark Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Town/Village of East Rochester

I previously had eaten here and the food and service were great and the time I waited for a meal wasn't too bad for a busy weekend breakfast service. The second visit was much different. Food came out extremely slowly, in waves and not together, and the service wasn't all that great. To top it off I received an order of toast with mold on it. The server took it away before I could grab a photo. They brought a new order out, but who in their right mind would eat more toast that probably came from the same moldy loaf of bread ... And to see multiple meals going into the microwave before being served is a little discouraging. I expect to recieve a fresh meal when I'm at a restaurant... Will not be returning here again... Which is discouraging because the prices...

I love this place. I do a fair amount of takeout, but on occasion I do eat in the restaurant. I love their breakfast menu. The service is excellent and the waitresses always pay attention to my special requests. I had the best over easy eggs that were absolutely perfect. I prefer their cooking to mine! And you can’t beat the prices. You get an extraordinary amount of food for what you spend. You can get a full breakfast for under $10. I never leave there hungry, and I cannot say that about some places I’ve ordered from. Today I ordered breakfast from a different place. The food was terrible and I ended up throwing it out. So tomorrow I’m going to the Landmark so I can have a really great meal and get thoughts of today’s disaster...

I went to Landmark today (10/30/2022) for breakfast and it was the most abysmal restaurant experience I’ve ever had. All of the staff were unfriendly and honestly quite rude, no one said hello or any type of nicety that you usually experience at a restaurant. While I understand places are busy and understaffed, I waited 45+ minutes for my meal watching tables of people who arrived after me get their food before me. I also had to inquire about the wait time of my food because my waitress did not once check in on me or give any insight about the wait time. The meal itself was fine, but it was certainly soured by the lack of customer service. I’m extremely disappointed and was hoping for a better...
