I used them because my family had used them several times in the past and was happy with the results. I would describe the job we received as " shabby " at best. The rug we chose was a fairly deep pile carpet. The installer did a fairly nice job of laying the carpet itself but the trim job was ridiculous. He installed a carpet strip between the living room and the kitchen tile and left the carpet sticking out from under the strip onto the tile. It looks ridiculous. We had flooring installed as well between our new carpet and front door. The installer decided he did want to remove the baseboard to install the flooring underneath it, so he put the flooring up against the baseboard, and concealed the edges with quarter round molding which was too big, and white! White molding between light brown flooring and dark brown baseboard???? Really??? " Oh, you'll just have to paint that. " OK, I just handed over a couple thousand dollars for this and I have to finish the job? Don't waste your time with this business. You can definitely find a more...

I cannot speak highly enough about Chris and his team of installers! I walked into the store with absolutely no idea as to what I wanted, and after speaking with Chris I had a better understanding of all of my options. Not only was there a great selection to choose from, but the products were of higher quality and the prices were much more reasonable than the bigger home stores. They were also extremely quick at scheduling the install and both of the installers did a fantastic job. In addition to making it look amazing, they were both very professional and did a great job of not only installing, but also cleaned up afterwards. I walked into my house after they had left and fell in love with the transformation immediately!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have their floors done.

We had a Coetec Biscayne Oak (wood look) floor installed by Rosendale Flooring two years ago in our living room, dinning room, and kitchen floors. The saleswoman was extremely helpful and patient in showing me options and helping me choose a flooring that we really liked and that served our needs and our budget. The installers moved and replaced furniture with care, took out and took away the old living room carpet, and put down the flooring and molding. The job was a challenge and the two men finished it in less than a day with lovely attitudes and professionalism. We were highly pleased with the results. The floor cleans up so easily. The other day a heath care provider who’d never been here before came to our house and shortly after walking in said, “Oh, you just got a new floor!”. That’s how great it looks after two years.
