CubeSmart Self Storage — Attraction in Town of Southold

The discussions on the phone with rep from P.A. was informative yet it was a bit confusing getting to stick to the subject. If I am talking about one unit let's get the price etc before going directly to another thing. At the actual cube smart location James made all the difference with his attitude of patience in discussing the units as well showing me one as he told me the benefits of storing there and getting the special on the units. So my thanks to James. OK...

The price was very high, after my belongings sat in the storage unit for about 3 months, during summer, my furniture got moldy. And had to be tossed. the lighting in the unit was off after supposedly passing inspection. And had dirt still from previous renter. The clothes i had in the storage unit also had mold but it was the only storage unit available at the time. The customer service...

We rented a storage unit at the CubeSmart on Horton's Lane in Southold this afternoon and had a fabulous experience.

Amanda was great, both when we spoke on the phone and then when we showed up to rent our unit. She made the whole process simple and she couldn't have been nicer. (Jerry was also friendly and helpful, but Amanda was the one who served us directly.)

I highly recommend...
