Shame-Just bad service four (4) times now. Never going back and spreading the word. We gave Senior Taco every benefit of the doubt, short staff, new location, actually felt sorry for them. Now it appears they lack any interest in doing the right thing by the customer. So it’s a Thursday night, 6 customers max at any given time. There are three of them, the manager, a waiter and helper. During the two hours it took us to eat the only way we got any service was waving them to the table. Finally get an order in and when my Burrito arrives it’s stone cold in the middle. I wave over the manager who does his absolute best to convince me this is the way their supposed to be, otherwise the lettuce gets too warm. Really. So after finally convincing him that I’ve previously had a Burrito or two and the meat and rice aren’t supposed to be ice cold, he apologizes and offers up a round which I thought was a nice gesture. Actually the reheated Burrito was really good, the shame about the place. Finish the meal, wave over the waiter, who like the rest of the staff are buried in their phones by the register, please bring me my check. It arrives and nice, it appears they did comp us a round we’re in a better place. My wife says that out loud, the waiter snatches back the check and returns with a new one including the charges for the round and states “He forgot sorry”. We look at each other and decide you know what not worth the scene, we’ll never be back and I’m going to warn every friend I can to stay away. I had Senor Taco catered a baby shower this weekend for my friend. And I cannot express enough how wonderful they are. The food was amazing. Hot food was hot and delicious. Salads were beautifully made. Everything was fresh. They went above and beyond. The staff was pleasant and so helpful. Kimberly took the catering order and she was so unbelievably helpful. She took her time with me to make sure I had everything I needed and even saved me money. I told her what I was thinking of ordering and she said "if you do this, it was save you and you will get pretty much the same thing." Most caters I've dealt with are pushy and try to make you spend money. But they were not at all. We ended up with more than enough food. Sorry for the long post but it was really hard to find a good caterer out east and I'm forever grateful for them and will definitely...

Tried this place again, wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but oh god. We thought it couldn’t get worse, BUT IT DID!

Everything was cold and inedible. We ordered nachos and looks like they just dumped the ingredients onto a plate and microwaved it. Burritos were hot on the outside but cold on the inside. Beans were not throughly cooked. Rice was cold. On top of that, service was bad. If you want to get drunk fast, go here but if you want to enjoy a drink because of its flavor, don’t. Bartenders cannot make a single drink for their life. They all taste like 99% alcohol and 1% flavor. Sangrias and Long Island Iced Tea were so bad and credit card fee of 3%… who does that?
