Cartel Palace — Attraction in Town of Sweden

So clean, clear, and bright! This was my 2nd stop here in less than a week. The staff is so eager to please, and willing to listen (and learn!) from their customers. We met the owner, and he was super sweet and wanted to know about what we would look for in a place such as this. So nice!!

They had just received their cigar license today, so the walk-in humidor is currently empty, but they will be filling it very soon!

Their selection of glass is outstanding. We were like kids in the candy store, and we browsed for quite some time. The staff is always within earshot, ready to help, but they did not hover (which sometimes makes me feel uncomfortable).

Went there today to purchase some thing and it came to $75 and the two people working told me it was card only? They said that because they were closing soon they could take my cash and unfortunately that’s all I had on me. I find that to be an extremely weird business model. What store doesn’t accept cash? I guess I will take my business elsewhere, like right up the road to the other smoke/vape shop. Unbelievable

People are nice but they push the 4 gram torch pens and they suck. I have bought two. The first one would be used and left on a desk, use about one gram and leaks out of button. They tell me I need the box it came in. I BUY ANOTHER. Same thing happens. Made sure to turn off after use and leave on desk. SAME THING HAPPENS. I return to store WITH THE BOX and they don't do anything. Say I can't use one coil at a time (even though there is an option to) . If there is so many rules to these damn things why don't they tell you when you purchase. DONT BUY TORCH. They will try to sell it to you. Over $100 down the drain. NOT WORTH IT DONT WASTE...
