I understand being busy and I understand being short staffed. What I don't understand is the waitress saying "sorry we are never this busy" every 10 seconds to every table. We don't want to listen to you complain about the business the whole time. In the time that it took you to apologize to every table for the 5th time, you could've gone back and ran dishes so the table next to me that was eating their salad without silverware, or so that I didn't have to drink from a paper cup. Anyways its all about diverting your attention to where it's needed. The apologies were nice but you don't need to do it ten times a table.
We drove here from niagara falls. Hour and 13 minutes from home. Nearest pizza hut. Ordered 20 breadsticks to go home. Made it all the way home to find out there's only 10 (2 boxes of 5 instead of what I assumed was 2 boxes of 10). Disappointing because some weren't even for me, and I'm not driving 2 hours 26 minutes round trip for 10 breadsticks. It's my fault for not double checking; but frustrating that I didn't get something...

WE just moved into town and have tried pizza from all the places in town, There are SEVEN (7) other places to get pizza in Brockport: Cusimanos, Marks, Salvatoreâs, Dominos, Perryâs, Crosbyâs and Wegmans.
Pizza Hut is BY FAR THE WORST option in Brockport, and honestly the worst Iâve EVER had, like lightyears behind the other options (including frozen pizza from Aldis or Walmart).
1.) The large pizza is small
2.) the crust was as thin as a Manila envelope and about the same texture
3.) the stuffed crust barely had any cheese
4.) pizza barely any sauce or cheese
5.) the pizza was over cooked by a lot
6.) the wings were so small that a hummingbird would have looked large next to them. They also tasted very old and were extremely dry and gross.
We took ONE BITE of everything and threw the rest away because it wasnât even worth eating, let alone the $38 we paid.
Go literally...
Read morePizza Hut used to be my most favorite restaurant. Last week I had to go to Brockport to attend a meeting for work. We were excited to find a Pizza Hut and decided to go there for lunch. We walked in and used the restroom. There were 3 dead bugs on the bathroom floor and the wall was covered in plastic from what looked like a plumbing problem. It looked and smelled disgusting. I didnât use the bathroom. Came out and took a good look at the restaurant itself. It was dingy dirty and gross. The salad bar had items that looked like they were weeks old with nasty brown lettuce. We left. Disappointed. We headed out of town and found a great little restaurant and had a nice meal. If all Pizza Huts have gone downhill as much as the one in Brockport NY has âŠ.no wonder most have them have closed. Not good Pizza...
